Here are the steps to adjust your calorie goal on your Apple Watch Press the Digital Crown to bring up the home screen Scroll and select the Fitness iOS 14 or Activity iOS 13 and below app from the Home Screen For the Fitness app iOS14 watchOS 7 and above scroll down. It is also not possible to change any of the Activity app rings to reflect steps taken or to show steps on the watch face via any other built-in complication. Change Exercise or Stand Goals. Press the Digital Crown on your Apple Watch to see your apps.
